Yeah! But also from the other sports teams.

[ well, that's true. bokuto's basically bouncing as they walk down the street. ]

Rin who is kinda in charge of the center swims, and Maki who also is in charge cycles! There are also a bunch of basketball players here too. That's why it's a whole sports center! And not just volleyball.

[ raises an eyebrow ] Are there really that many athletes here?

Yeah! From all different schools!

[ he's more excited about the fact they have enough people for a whole team now but that's besides the point. ]

Rin's trying to put together a sports day festival thing where we all play each other's sports. It should be really fun!

Yeah! But it's all through the sports center. So I guess it's like a sports culture festival?

Okay well- that's the school over there. [ pointing to a building that's coming into view. ] We're almost out for summer vacation, so I don't know if they'll make you go.

he looks, and the school isn't anything like fukurodani, but it's well. it's certainly a school. ] I hope not.

Yeah! I mean, it's not our school, so the grades don't really matter.

[ that's what he assumes at least. though he doesn't normally do well in school anyway. ]

Well, I guess... [ he hates to agree but he can't find anything wrong with what bokuto is saying. ] It seems a little silly then if there's nothing really there to do.

[ bokuto shrugs, completely at peace with this...weird way of going about life. ]

You could get a job if you wanted, but everyone our age pretty much goes to school.

Ah. [ he nods, but honestly, jobs? here? it all seems just. weird. super weird. though he'd much rather go to school even if it is kind of pointless. ]

At the school? [ give him a second to kind of look at the building before shaking his head, heading down the sidewalk without really giving much warning. ]

We can go into the town-y area if you want!

[ akaashi doesn't need any prompting to follow along, walking a few steps behind. ]

Sure. [ he shrugs, but the bounce in bokuto's step ever since he mentioned volleyball hasn't gone unnoticed. ] Unless you want to show me around tomorrow and we can go to the sports center. I'll leave it up to you, Bokuto-san.
